AZ Tony Stark is packing up and heading out on a very important road trip!

He will be traveling 4,227 miles and visiting 13 hospitals across 10 different states.

The trip kicks off on February 1st, 2018 and has been an idea for quite some time.  Comicare stays very busy visiting their normal line up of hospitals but  have long wanted to expand and get to see more kids in more states- possibly some who have never had a superhero visit.  It is also an opportunity for Comicare to conduct events in some of the cities of their friends, donors and supporters.

“This was an idea my daughter came up with that was too good not to do,” explains Tony Contreras, aka AZ Tony Stark, “what a fantastic opportunity to spread smiles and open doors for Comicare.  This is something I’m really looking forward to.  I can’t wait to make new friends and new memories!”

The current schedule has stops in: Flagstaff, Albuquerque, Denver, Wyoming, Salt Lake, Boise, Seattle, Portland, Sacramento, OC, Las Vegas, Los Angeles and Mesa (some changes may occur).  This is the most ambitious road trip Comicare has ever undertaken!  Tony will be blogging, reporting and posting live videos along the way on both his and Comicare’s social media.
